The call comes on the second anniversary of Maja T.’s extradition to Hungary, where she has been held since December 2023 on charges related to an anti-fascist protest.

The lawmakers argue that T. deserves a fair trial in Germany and emphasize that every additional day in Hungarian detention is unacceptable, urging immediate diplomatic action.
