Europa-Park Unveils Monaco-Themed Area with Prince Albert II

Europa-Park collaborates with Monaco’s royal family to launch a glamorous new theme area inspired by the principality.

Europa-Park, Germany’s largest amusement park, has unveiled a Monaco-themed area in collaboration with Prince Albert II of Monaco. The new attraction, which includes a reimagined Silver Star roller coaster inspired by the Monaco Grand Prix, was inaugurated during a gala event attended by Prince Albert, Princess Charlène, their children, and other notable guests, including Baden-Württemberg’s Agriculture Minister Marion Gentges.

The Monaco-themed area features a virtual aquarium promoting ocean conservation, a cause close to Prince Albert’s heart. Visitors can explore marine life through interactive exhibits inspired by Monaco’s Oceanographic Institute. Park CEO Roland Mack emphasized the appeal of Monaco’s glamour and its ability to evoke a vacation-like atmosphere for visitors. The partnership highlights how Europa-Park blends entertainment, celebrity, and environmental awareness to create unique experiences.
