BASF Agricultural Solutions Initiates Global Registration of Replexor™ Active Herbicide
BASF Agricultural Solutions has commenced the global registration process for Replexor™ Active, a novel protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) herbicide targeting both broadleaf weeds and grasses.
Regulatory submissions for Replexor Active have been made in Brazil and Australia, with plans for the United States and Argentina by 2027. This new herbicide enhances BASF’s existing PPO portfolio, which includes Kixor® Active and Tirexor® Active, and aims to address the growing need for effective management of resistant grass weeds. Replexor Active is designed to support sustainable farming practices by enabling no-till methods and providing rapid weed control at low application rates.
